If there is one person on this planet I could have met, it was Nelson Mandela. He was a great man with even greater ideals! Unfortunately, the closest I got was reading his autobiography, A Long Walk to Freedom. All I can do now is be what he wanted everyone to be … kind!

A Mother’s Plea For Kindness
I recently received the following email from the mother of one of my karate students that I would like to share with you:
Laying Laminate Flooring … Yippieyiyokiyea!
Laminate flooring! Leggo for adults! Although, I suspect, not quite as much fun. Or as forgiving!. Make a mistake constructing the latest Leggo spaceship, you simply tear it apart and rebuild. Make a mistake with laminate flooring (especially where cuts are involved) and … ouch … break out the wallet!
