  1. Happy New Year Fred! Wishing you and your family nothing but health and happiness as we roll into 2019. You are an inspiration to us all and I very much look forward to reading your blog every time it comes out. It’s the only blog I read. You’re a remarkable man with incredible insights and I’m so glad you’re sharing your journey with us. I do miss our talks that we had at the end of karate class.
    All the best Fred!!!

    Your friend, Eric

    • Thank you so much Eric! It’s so nice to hear from you! How is everyone? I miss our chats as well! I love talking music! Wishing you a happy new year as well and a joyful and abundant 2019!

  2. Dear Fred, wishing you a good healthy new year! Continue with your right attitude to life and wishing you less difficult days, and more days in harmony and love with your body. ♥

  3. FRED ,Improvement is l recorikely missed if one is not observant. That is why we take videod and depend on outside observers. Generally over 4 months. First week, no more constipation. I began one month ago…..we need more time

  4. Fred, its taking time, but like Jimmy, no more constipation, walking better first thing in the morning, my right arm works better, just little things Ive noticed. Began the protocol 11/18 so early days.
