A positive frame of mind is critically important for managing the symptoms of, and recovering from, a neurological condition. I do three things every day that help me stay upbeat!
First, I yell HALLELUJAH a lot! I jump up and throw my hands up in the air at the same time! It is impossible to yell hallelujah without smiling! Try it! I do it whenever I’m feeling stressed or having difficulty moving!
Second, I watch Rick Mercer videos on youtube. He is Canadian and he is very funny! He makes me laugh! His videos are about life in Canada but you don’t need to be Canadian to enjoy them. .
Third, I watch Eckhart Tolle videos on you to. He is a renowned author and spiritual teacher and I find great wisdom and comfort in his teachings! Watching his videos helps to put my mind at ease!
Having a positive frame of mind reduces stress and helps restore gut health, strengthen the immune system, unclog the lymphatic system, eliminate inflammation and alkaline the body, so it is well worth making in your focus!
