Whether you’re taking medication or dealing with your condition naturally, easing day to day symptoms can be quite a challenge. But I have discovered an effective way to accomplish this … laying on my back!
When I lay in my back, I experience little or no trembling and obviously (because I’m not standing and thus wobbling around like a drunken sailor on the bow of tugboat in the midst of a raging storm) it eliminates any balance issues, and this is a great relief.
Trembling isn’t the most troubling symptom I experience, but enjoying a temporary respite from it is very welcome.
Laying on my back has other benefits … like getting out of work! “Honey, would you take out the trash?” “Sorry, laying on my back!” “Honey, would you like to go to the mall?” “I would love to sweetie, but I’m laying on my back!”
