The Boston Marathon Tragedy: Prevent Future Tragedies With Kindness

kindness2So sad, the Boston Marathon tragedy. But let it not consume or discourage us.

You don’t end darkness with more darkness. You end it with light. And you don’t end tragedies such as this with anger, fear or despair. You end it with love and kindness.

Allow yourself to grieve. Express your sadness. But then resolve to end such heartbreak with kindness. Be kind and compassionate in all you do.

Speak with a loving heart.

Shine your light on the world!

  1. Fred, these are the best words I have heard for a long time for sadness. Beautifully said. I love it. Let us shine our light and show our love to the world. Big hug
