How to Prevent Cancer through diet and a healthy lifestyle!

There is no doubt that cancer could be eliminated, but we would need to eliminate pollution and become a more loving, compassionate society in order to accomplish this. Cynics might argue that we will never get rid of cancer, not as long as there is so much money to be made from it. There might be some truth to this, particularly as long as we continue to focus on the effect rather than the cause.

In the meantime, each of us can go a long way towards cancer prevention by alkalining our bodies (disease can’t grow in an alkaline body) and strengthening our immune systems. I truly believe we can prevent cancer!

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Eat healthy foods and eliminate unhealthy foods

    2. Reduce or eliminate processed foods
    3. Reduce or eliminate dairy and all pasteurized foods (pasteurization kills the food, so it has no nutritional value)
    4. Eliminate genetically modified foods, esp. corn and soy
    5. Don’t eat meat or eggs from factory farms
    6. Stay away from fast food joints
    7. Eat organic
    8. Eat fermented foods (sauerkraut and kefir)
    9. Eat healthy omega-3 fats
    10. Eat coconut oil and krill oil
  2. Drink pure spring water from outdoor springs (not from plastic bottles)
  3. Exercise regularly
  4. Get lots of fresh air
  5. Get a good nights sleep (ideally, 8 hours)
  6. Laugh a lot
  7. Love a lot
  8. Take a Vit D3 supplement (at least 2,000 IU per day)
  9. Reduce your exposure to toxins and chemicals
    1. Don’t drink tap water
    2. Put a filter on your shower head
    3. Don’t use chemical-based toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant etc.
    4. Don’t use chemical cleaning products
    5. Get out of the city
  10. Reduce your exposure to electromagnetic radiation (cellphones, etc)
    1. Don’t live near hydro lines or cellphone towers
    2. Reduce the amount of electronics in your home
    3. Use EMF neutralizing products, like Tachyon (they work)
  11. Heal your emotional pain
    1. Forgive the people you need to forgive, including yourself
    2. Apologize to those you need to apologize to
    3. If you’ve experienced trauma, find someone to talk to about it
    4. If you feel angry, screem into a pillow
  12. Develop a healthy self image … feel good about yourself
    1. Be kind
    2. Be honest
    3. Be helpful
    4. Be thankful
    5. Be positive
    6. Eat healthy
    7. Live with integrity
    8. Be genuine
  13. Reduce your daily stress load
    1. If you don’t like your job, get a new one
    2. If you don’t like your lifestyle, change it
    3. If you don’t like where you’re living, move
    4. If you don’t like who you’re hanging out with, find new friends
    5. If you’re strapped financially, spend less
    6. If you have debt, make it your priority to eliminate it
    7. If you’re doing too much, do less (you can do it)
    8. If something is bothering you, speak up

It may seem like a lot to do. It may even seem overwhelming, but this is pretty much how I live my life. It is our diet, our lifestyle, our negative self esteem and our unhealed emotional pain that is at the root of cancer and all other disease. In a nutshell, eat healthy, exercise regularly, love a lot, laugh a lot, develop a healthy self image and heal your emotional pain, and you will have good health.
